The XCELL 900Q is the fourth 3D printer based on the new XCELL technology platform

The XCELL project was created to evolve DWS’s stereolithography towards large-scale production. The unique ‘light engine-agnostic’ design offers different irradiation solutions to meet any manufacturing requirement.  

The XCELL 900Q offers a print format of (x)900 x (y)300 x (z)550mm, making it the ideal solution for high-volume production of large quantities of parts or unusual shapes. 

DWS’s proprietary twelve-laser light engine, offers the highest resolution available for Jewellery and Eyewear applications.

A portfolio of over 100 proprietary materials, along with a quick material change concept, provides XCELL 900Q with the highest versatility and the broadest application range.

Available also in HR laser version (XCELL 900QHR).

Smart Coating

A proprietary DWS technology, optimizes the viscosity, quantity, and displacement of the material within the printing area. The Smart Coating technology, through its advanced material management, ensures superior repeatability and unmanned operations for multiple days.
