Product News! Discover the new material Fusia Digital Wax.

Casting as easy as wax. The power of SLA 3D printing meets effortless casting.

Functional prototypes

The functional prototype allows both aesthetic checking of the design and testing of its performance before moving on to mass production. In addition to the quality of the surfaces and details, the functional characteristics of the part are essential to allow use verification.

Elastomers

Elastic prototypes with functional test features must meet certain mechanical characteristics that are typical of injected materials. The perfect combination of 3D printer and functional material is essential for producing high-performance parts.

Rigid

There is often a need not only to physically see the real part after the 3D design phase, but also to test its functionality and durability. Rigid functional prototypes do not deform easily and resist the forces that tend to deform them.

Tough

Tough functional prototypes meet the need for impact or tensile strength in specific applications. The materials used for this purpose simulate the characteristics of traditional PA.

Jewels

Prototyping in jewelry has always played an essential role in proper product development. The time required to create a prototype, whether directly in resin or already cast, is critical in a world that relies on uniqueness and time to market.

High Temperature

Often testing a mold before it is produced is essential, considering the cost and timing of manufacturing. Depending on the application there are different requirements namely high temperature resistance from 90°C to 300°C. Some examples of applications that require this capability are: casting molds, injection molds, sintering molds, extruders, or simply parts subject to the action of high temperatures during their life.
