The Flexa series includes the entire line of elastomers developed and produced at DWS. Materials with different technical characteristics to meet the most different requirements: from flexible rapid prototyping to the manufacture of small production batches.

Flexa Digital TPU 92

Digital TPU 92 ShoreA. Medium-flexible but compact and resistant elastomer even at thin thicknesses. 300% elongation.

High-temperature resistant materials. Developed by the chemical laboratory of DWS Systems.  The Therma series includes nanoceramic materials developed for applications where resistance to thermal stress is required.

Therma DM570

Ultra-detailed mold manufacturing using 3D printing, resistant to high temperatures up to 295 °C.

Nauta+ Software

Developed in-house at DWS, Nauta is our parametric software. It prepares 3D print files, helping to devise support structures and decide the model’s positioning on the platform before sending the files to Fictor, the printer management software.
